We delivered fa\u00e7ade scaffolding and weather protection for Skanska\u2019s building project, Folkh\u00e4lsanhuset i Haga, in Helsinki. The project was a new-build development, constructing a new residential facility for elderly residents.<\/span><\/p>\n

We installed fa\u00e7ade scaffolding and extensive weather protection at the site, enabling the construction work to progress smoothly throughout the entire project. The project particularly <\/span>highlighted the adaptability, functionality, and ability of the solutions to respond to changing conditions.<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The confined site posed challenges for the implementation.<\/b><\/h4>\n

The most significant challenge on site was the extremely confined plot, which limited installation space and required precise planning at every stage of the work.<\/p>\n

In addition, the fa\u00e7ade structures created situations where multiple modifications to the scaffolding were required during the project. This demanded continuous responsiveness and adjustment of the structures in line with the progress of the site.<\/span><\/p>\n
