We are involved in a renovation project for Heka apartments in Malmi
The project includes seven residential apartment buildings owned by the City of Helsinki, for which we are providing scaffolding and weather protection solutions. Today, we handed over the scaffolding and weather protection structures for buildings C and D to the client, and a representative from Patera carried out the inspection on behalf of the client. We received a score of 8.5/10 for the site. According to the representative, a full 10 is practically never given. We are very pleased with the result and will continue the project with a positive mindset.
