Voimatalo is yet another beautiful project in our portfolio.

The glory of Voimatalo is being restored – and we are proud to be a part of it!
Helsinki’s iconic Voimatalo is undergoing a major renovation, and it is a pleasure to be part of this valuable project. Starteline was responsible for the installation of scaffolding, enabling safe and efficient façade work.
It is always especially great to be part of a project where history and modernity meet – and where our work helps preserve such unique buildings for future generations.

Voimatalo, located in Helsinki’s Kamppi district, was originally designed by architect Aarne Ervi and completed in 1951. This modernist office building, initially constructed as the headquarters of Imatran Voima, is currently undergoing a major renovation.
Voimatalo is centrally located in Kamppi, at Malminkatu 16, just a two-minute walk from Kamppi Center. The building has eight above-ground floors and three underground floors, offering a total of approximately 9,300 square meters of rentable space. The property also provides 33 parking spaces and 22 bicycle parking spots for tenants.
The renovation is expected to be completed in 2025, after which Voimatalo will offer a unique combination of modern and historical office space in a prime location in the heart of Helsinki.
