Helsinki’s iconic Voimatalo is undergoing a major renovation, and it was a pleasure to be part of this valuable project. Starteline was responsible for the installation of scaffolding, enabling safe and efficient façade work.
An interesting project consisting of five phases, with weather protection structures on wheels. In total, three movable roofs were constructed. This solution saved a significant amount of time both for our team and the client, resulting in savings in both time and costs.

Weather protection for a roof renovation. The complexity of projects like this lies in the fact that the work is carried out on a residential building, which means that every stage must be completed with particular care, taking into account the safety and comfort of the residents. Once again, our team handled all tasks successfully, and we will soon begin work on the second phase of the same building.
The first phase of the renovation project at Stockmann’s iconic department store was successfully completed! The project involved the renovation of the seventh-floor bay windows and canopy, including roof repairs and the restoration of the original oak windows to like-new condition. The work was completed just before the snowiest period of winter, allowing us to narrowly avoid the need for snow removal.
