With over 20 years of experience in the scaffolding and construction industry, Oleg has led hundreds of successful projects throughout his career. His work is built around occupational safety, high-quality execution, and achieving the customer’s objectives. Under Oleg’s leadership, Starteline’s key strengths have become strong technical expertise and efficient project management, helping ensure that every project progresses according to plan and is completed on schedule and within budget. In his free time In his free time, Oleg enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes staying active outdoors and spending time in nature, for example barbecuing and riding jet skis. Jurijs Jermolenko, Project Manager / Site Supervisor Jurijs has over 12 years of experience in scaffolding and weather protection solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked as both a project manager and site supervisor, giving him a strong practical understanding of project planning, execution and day-to-day site operations. He has been involved in managing several demanding construction and infrastructure projects in Finland, including the construction of the Finnoo metro station in Espoo. Jurijs’s strengths include extensive hands-on site experience, efficient project management, and the ability to find practical solutions even in challenging conditions. He considers it essential that solutions work in practice, meet safety requirements, and support the smooth progress of the customer’s project. His broad experience across different roles in the industry gives him a comprehensive understanding of what is required for a successful and safe project execution on site. Alex Vasica, Sales Director Alex is an experienced scaffolding industry professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding and weather protection solutions. He has worked in the industry since 2012 in site supervision, project management, sales, as well as specialist and training roles. His diverse experience has given him a strong overall understanding of project planning, execution and safety. Throughout his career, Alex has been involved in more than a thousand construction, industrial and infrastructure projects in specialist, planning and safety roles. His experience covers demanding new-build and renovation projects, industrial environments and major infrastructure projects. Thanks to his hands-on site experience, his approach is based on practical solutions that support the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of projects.
